The player from Germany had his payments stopped for unknown reason. It has been received.
Dear Sir or Madam,
i try to withdraw 400€ since more then two months on a verfied account now.
After 1 month of waiting they told me the maximum withdraw per day is 50€.
so I canceled it and started daily a request of 50€. After the first request, they disabled the withdraw option for me so i was not able to start more requests.
one week later it was back and I started daily a request of 50€.
After some time passed, my bank account reached 150€, but!!! From the canceled 400€ withdraw only 350€ were back in my balance, the last withdraw of 50€, is on green and confirmed but the money never reached me.
So after more then 2 months 150€ reached my account 100€ are simply gone and 150€ are still pending!!!!!
pending for 2 months is a scam for sure!!!!

Could you please advise if the entire amount of €400 has been approved by the casino and subsequently split into several installments? Do I understand correctly that €150 has been received already and €250 is the remaining disputed amount?

Thank you that it still worked. Of the missing € 200, € 100 has arrived on my account.
Can I still ask why I waited almost 2 months and why it would probably not have worked without the help of CasinoGuru?
