I dont know whats more frustrating that i dont have my money or the casino support telling me to be patience that they are speeding things up been waiting a few weeks for 140 euro i have a verfied account i have made withdrawal from the casino before

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Do I understand correctly that your payment is still pending inside the account without being processed? Could you please specify how many days ago was your withdrawal requested?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it.

Thank you Branislav for helping and thank you for the reply Beem casino oke so why is my request still pending? why dit i withdrawal 2 times in the mean time from other casinos dont they have the same banking problem?would it not say the amount is processed not pending on the account i can still reserve the amount an play again sorry for my english working on it good day

Hello can anybody tel me what the problem is? last week it was the high overload of players requesting a withdrawal ,yesterday it was a banking problem today its my bank, my bank obviously cant handle 140 eurienies i would like to have my money so i can close my account

Beem casino dont pay because of sanctions they told me. what sanctions are you operating in russia? i made a withdrawal from Energy casino took them 2 days and money was on my bank i also have a question to casino Guru why are there ratings so high?
