Beem has been great with large bonuses and variety of slots.


I finished a monthly tournament on August 1, 2022 in 7th place, which has a payout of 100 EUR. Typically, in the past, tournament winnings are paid out immediately however 1 week later, and they are still unresponsive to my request.

I have added a screenshot where it states the "LUNAR TOURNAMENT" TERMS.

6.7 The awards will be added automatically after the tournament ends.

I see other people are facing the same issue, I understand that these are bonuses, but when running a tournament a trustworthy casino will follow-through with their commitments.

The chat has been absent for days, I have checked it at all times of the day. I have sent over 15 emails at least, everything is getting ignored.

I have sent 4-5 emails & live chat no longer answers me, they simply say no update or do not reply at all.

The other bonus I am missing are 2 Golden Free Spins BeemBoxes from the VIP level 8 and 9, see attached screenshot.

It says they have been collected, but they are not credited to my account. Again the support won't reply to me, and these rewards are earned after wagering thousands of euros, I am very frustrated right now. I just want the hard-earned bonuses credited. I have made tons of deposits in this casino, and never once a withdrawal, this is beyond infuriating!

According to your message, it was yesterday, however, in the next sentence you indicated, that you have been waiting for your prize for a week. Could you please clarify the exact date you won this tournament?

Do I understand correctly that the casino has not provided any explanation regarding this situation so far?

Hey Erin,

The tournament ended on the 31st of July, so the winnings should have been paid then.

On regards to the BeemBoxes bonuses which are also not been credited, these were won about 3 days ago AFAIK, since then I probably sent around 10 emails.

Unfortunately, we have come to a point, where we are not able to move forward with this complaint. Generally, we would now try to get in touch with the casino and ask for their explanation, however, this one has 15+ cases closed as "No Reaction Policy," which clearly shows the casino is not interested in cooperating with us.

Sadly, we are forced to close your complaint as "unresolved."This will affect the overall rating of the casino. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue however, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints could change the casino's approach.

Regrettably, we have no other choice since it seems to be a common practice of Beem Casino to ignore us completely in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue. Please check all our failed attempts to negotiate.

We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts to resolve any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from Beem Casino. I wish I could be of more help.

 

The casino can reopen this complaint anytime.
