The player from Norway had his account closed by BDM BET due to alleged "fraudulent activity" after attempting to withdraw CZK 2000, which was the remaining balance from his deposit. Despite having provided the necessary verification documents, the casino confiscated his winnings without a valid reason. The Complaints Team had communicated with the casino but ultimately found insufficient grounds to pursue the complaint, as the issue related specifically to sports betting, which fell outside their jurisdiction. The player was informed that the casino had paid the CZK 2000 to his bank account, with the funds expected to arrive within five working days.

I registered at this casino (BDM BET) and everything looks fine.

I made my first deposit of CZK 2200 and got a bonus.

Bonus was successfully wagered so I lost it.

Then I played with real balance and ended at CZK 2000 in real balance so it is less than my deposit was.


After that I ordered my first withdrawal and I was needed to verify my ID and payment method and address. I uploaded ID, selfie and it got failed so you have to solve it with support manually. Address and deposit document was verified successfully after some time. ID not.

They tell you that they have maximum of 24 hours to verify your ID, I was waiting 3 days and than then my account was permanently closed due some "fraudalent activity" they say.


It looks that this casino has the same owner as Ninecasino, Jokabet, Betonred. They looks same only with different logos. All my accounts I had on these websites were deactivated just in the same time when yi got last email from BDMBET support about "fraudalent activity".


here is last email from them:

Your account has been permanently closed due to fraudulent activity. "Should the Casino become aware of any user who has accepted the bonus or a promotion with the sole purpose of creating a positive expected value on bonus return by using known practices aimed at securing cash out of said bonus or at any way try to take advantage of bonuses received by Casino, then we will enforce immediate confiscation of winnings and closure of the account with the right to withhold any further withdrawals. An example of advantage play would be delaying any game round in any game, including free spins features and bonus features, to a later time when you have no more wagering requirement and/or performing new deposit(s) while having free spins features or bonus features still available in a game, the Casino reserves the right to withhold any withdrawals and/or confiscate all winnings."


With this e-mail, we inform you that your balance confiscated.

So basically this is fraud from the casino, not from me. I did not do anything wrong. Just registered, deposited money and play with them and then I tried to withdraw.

They stoled me my CZK2000 (~80€)


I recommend you if you thinking of playing at this casino, be careful!

There are many solid casinos, not like this one.

Could you please advise why were the other accounts in different casinos closed and when exactly? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about? Did they ever specify what do the exactly mean by "fraudalent activity"?

Hello Nick,


other accounts on similar sites like Ninecasino, Betonred and Jokabet were closed at the same time - today 26/8/2024. I am not sure what they mean by fraudalent activity - I did not done anything bad. I had only one account at each of these sites, no using VPN.....

Few minutes ago live chat support at BDM Bet told me that I have not any balance on account and they paid me czk2000.00 to my bank account, but at email I provided you there is written that balance were confiscated. They also told me that money will come in 5 working days. I will give a report if they really paid it.

Based on the description so far, it seems like you left some bonus round within some games and once you finished the bonus, you used those rounds. Did you have any unfinished bets within games?
