The player from India had his KYC verification process rejected because he had submitted a friend's documents, which had been previously used on a now-deleted account. He wanted to restart the KYC verification process using his original documents. He had some balance left in his account and had reached out to the casino's support team for help. However, due to his breach of the casino's terms by using third party documents, we had concluded that the casino had the right to block his account. Therefore, we were unable to assist him further in this matter.

My KYC verification process was rejected as i had submitted my friend's documents which he had already submitted in his account but that account was deleted due to which KYC process was rejected.

When i contacted to support team they told me that you KYC has already approved on another account

Now i want to reverify my KYC verification process so that i could upload my original documents and complete my KYC verification process

Could you please advise why did you submit your friend's document to verify your account? Is there any remaining real money balance left on your account? When was the last time you contacted the casino and what was their response?

Please note that providing any 3rd party or fake documents for verification is strictly forbidden in every single online casino and they have the right to block you and void any balance on your account. There is nobody that would force the casino to re-verify you for committing such breach.

I have some real balance left in my account, Actually it was done mistakenly I submitted my friends Documents for KYC I had no Documents with me that time so I tried to do KYC on friends Documents, & his documents were also Been Verified by the BC game in another account, Then I contacted the BC support team they said We cannot open the KYC tab Again, Our Decision is Final, But I Only Tried Once for KYC and They Blocked me to submit documents again,


I need to do my KYC again on my Real & Geniune documents which are on my name so I could withdraw the amount and play the further game smoothly

Hello eddydon792,

As you used your friend's documents for KYC, the casino has the right to close your account and confiscate any balance from it.

Please keep in mind that you can never ever use any 3rd party documents or payments in any online casino.

If they are willing to find a resolution with you, free feel to keep in touch with them but from our point of view, you breached the casino terms and we can't assist you further.

The complaint will be now rejected.
