Support here has been very helpful most of the time. Agent named Emma helped me recover my account after I got locked out. Took 10 minutes, didn't make me feel stupid despite me clearly being an idiot with my password. But the first withdrawal experience was the opposite. Took three days, got cancelled once for "security," had to re-request it. Felt like they don't trust anyone at first. Once you're verified it gets better but that first payout is a mission. Almost gave up honestly.
