Good Day,

I Play on BC.Games and i love the casino. I never had any issue with it before with deposit or withdrawals. Then i hit big on the site and it went down hill from there. So i went out that night after hitting big and i lost my phone and seems someone tried to hack my bc account by uploading someone id some female. i have tried to reach support plenty of times in order to fix this. i have my the account where i do withdrawals to also deposits from and everything to prove its my account also have me doing the trading on there site from my account which is connected to my email. Seems im having huge issue trying get this resolved i would really appreciate huge help for this was a massive win for me and do not want to lose it.

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about? Did you report the stole phone to the casino?

Good afternoon, no when i won i tried to withdrawal and left it like that. Thats when i lost my phone. I didn't have a password lock on my phone because i don't like them to be honest. I have sent support enails regarding this situation and havent gotten any response. I do have my wallet where i desposit and have withdrawn. And i won with real money. Its currently in vault eth and bitcoin

Also i never verified my account due to never needing to. I was always able to withdraw anything under 1k. I am not complaining about the kyc i think it's good they request it now just for reasons like this.

this is the absolute bs I've ever seen i did nothing to violate any terms the fact that this garbage casino decided to do this because i won money is ridiculous anything to not pay me what i won. They don't complain when it comes to taking my money i have every deposit made with moonpay and everything. This is absolutely bs honestly. I got my account hacked and i sent them my documents like you suggested and this is what they did crazy asf mad right now this is so unfair man.

After further investigation of the casino, the casino has forwarded us evidence of the breach of casino terms by the player. Based on the received proof, we will be closing the complaint as the player created multiple accounts in the casino which is strictly against the terms in any online casino.
