I told you that I had applied for withdrawal from my son on 6th June which was successful at Baha but I have not received the money in my bank account. I contacted battery support customer care regarding this and they said that I should complain about it during battery recharge. I have made my request there but I am not getting any response from Baha; it has been 35 days today.
