I Had Submitted The Requested Documents In Order To Change My Phone Number Which Is Registered With Batery Casino But The Administrator Of The Website Is Not Responding To My Documents Sent From More Than 8 Days

They Are Just Giving Excuses From Last One Weak & The Reason Why I Am Changing My Phone Number Is Cause My Old Phone Number Was Blocked By The Operator So Inorder To Withdrawal Funds Any Amount Player Has To Submit OTP But On That Number No OTP Will Be Sent.

So I Have To Change My Phone Number Inorder To Get The OTP For My Successful Withdrawal.

I Had Submitted My Adhaar Card Front & Back Photos Along With Holding A Sheet Of Paper Where I have Written The Current Date & My Id Card As Per The Given Instructions By The Administrator Of The Website (Batery Casino)

In Order To Change My Old Number With New One.


I Had Submitted My Documents On 03/03/2024 Through Logging Into My Gaming Account By Going Through Request Option To The Administrator Of The Website Batery Casino.


The Last Response Which I Had Got From The Administrator By Creating Another Request On The Batery Casino Website By Asking Them Regarding My Old Request is Attached Below.
