When I transfer my amt that time inprocess

But I have confirmed from my bank it's transaction successful paid from my bank


Pls help I m already attached deposit screenshot receipt in this chat kindly chk and help me to approve my deposit pls help me


Also I m attached my gateway screenshot which I paid my payment pls help


On Batery casino I have already exclated my request to administration on 3rd June from my account


3rd june administration request is already in process


From 1st june I have got only one reply from batery


When I go to customer support for help they said kindly raised request and wait for their reply but till I have not got a single valid reply.


Kindly help me pls

Dear Reenaop,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. If your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing I would recommend is contacting your payment provider. They need to investigate but bear in mind that it’s a complicated process that might take approximately one month. In these cases, the casino usually has its hands tied. I would also strongly recommend against depositing any more funds until the issue is resolved.

If the money got lost during the transaction, it will take some time before it’ll be credited to your casino account.

I’m sorry we couldn’t be of much help now. I will leave this complaint open for a month and kindly ask you to keep us updated. Thank you very much for your understanding.

I fully understand your frustration, Reenaop. As I mentioned earlier, it may take some time for the funds to be located and refunded to your bank account or credited to your casino account. As the matter is not entirely in the hands of the casino, I will set the timer for an additional 11 days to allow the transaction a full month to clear. As highlighted in the answer from 19th June, our team of specialists interacted with the provider. To further investigate and solve this issue of 10050 INR deposit, the provider asks for a video confirmation of the

transaction.


For more clarity, I will duplicate the requirements "If your deposit amount has not been refunded yet automatically, the provider requests you to send us a small video confirmation of the transaction. It is such where you enter your online banking/UPI application and open the deposit payment such that the transaction details are visible."


Unfortunately, we could not find any attachment of the above described nature in the user's Requests to our Administration.


We request Reenaop to attach such a video file here, so that we can process it promptly.

from my point of view when accessing the link you shared the media file appears to be too big. Have you tried sending the video file to the casino via email or other means?
