My deposit is not credited which I made on 23.05.2024 of amount 9290 INR. The method which I used was "Upi Push".

The payment screenshot and the order number screenshot is attached in this mail . Please check and help me credit my deposit.

I have raised request( Request N°-1****7)regarding this matter which is pending in my account not yet resolved since 3 days. They are just ignoring it . I am afraid of fraud with my money. Please help me in this matter. When I go to customer support they just give a bot like reply to make a request and wait for a no time frame. I have also mailed them regarding this but despite looking into my matter they just made me hopeless about my money by their reply to my mail . I am also attaching the screenshot of the mail .

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. If your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing I would recommend is contacting your payment provider. They need to investigate but bear in mind that it’s a complicated process that might take approximately one month. In these cases, the casino usually has its hands tied. I would also strongly recommend against depositing any more funds until the issue is resolved.

If the money got lost during the transaction, it will take some time before it’ll be credited to your casino account.

I’m sorry we couldn’t be of much help now. I will leave this complaint open for a month and kindly ask you to keep us updated. Thank you very much for your understanding.

I would recommend you contact your bank and the casino regarding the issue but be prepared the deposit might have been lost during the transaction, which might take up to a month to resolve. If your deposit is not found and credited after a month, please let us know and we'll intervene and try to help.

I am not getting a reply from them since 23.05.2024.

I just want you to arrange me reply.

It is clearly mentioned on their site the maximum time for request processing is 2 days. Here is the screenshot.file

We would like to ask the casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’ which may negatively affect its rating.
