The player's withdrawal is delayed for over 10 weeks. We ended up closing the complaint as ‘unresolved’ because the casino failed to reply.

I played at a barz casino, won and hasn't got my money. 10 weeks has passed. All is verified and approved by the casino
Casino says they experience problems with their payments solution to Norwegian customers. However I never get a estimate when the problems will be solved. Always the same answer " We will contact you further, we don't now anything yet..(!)"

Could you please specify since when is your account verified? Did you use any bonus to accumulate your winnings? What payment method did you use to request the withdrawal?
It seems a little strange that the issue persists for so long, even thou it is possible. Did the casino offered you any other way of withdrawal which could be processed faster, like BTC or anything similar?

My account was already verified cause I have played at a sisters company, in their organisation. So didn't need to send documents. 23 September was my withdrawal approved
I use my first deposit bonus and followed their basic bonus rules,never said anything about breaking their bonus requirements. Did use bank transfers, founding it little odd that my info was already registered while withdrawing. But guess it has to do with their umbrella system with other casinos.
No, they have only mention their third part payment solution. Asked for refunding money back to barz casino for using another payment solution. But they have never responded.
