On the site says u don't have to verify unless suspected that the player is up to no good , and I've deposited maybe 5 or 6 times , not once did they ask for anything , I got a bonus and had to wager it 20 x and I did just that and cashed out 0.008 micro bit, and they reject it , what did I do wrong besides win the bonus y'all gave me

Could you please clarify whether the casino has just rejected your withdrawal and your money is still in your account or confiscated your winnings? Also, would you be so kind and clarify the disputed value? You have set it to a different amount when submitting the complaint than mentioned in your message.

The amount was 8 micro Bitcoin, and they took it , said players from the USA aren't accepted, but I only have a Texas id, I live in Canada, even have proof of residents, and utility bills here , that state my name and address , they said they would return my last deposit and still haven't done that, it's been about 15 hours since they said that, I keep messaging them to hurry up with at least that but they have been saying waiting for it to process through the payment department , which I don't see how it's taken this long on a BTC withdrawal, and I even told a agent that works there I live in Canada , but my I'd is from Texas and they said that's fine, they won't tell me anything else but they repeat what they say alot
