Withdrawals take a long time, your deposit has to be wagered 3x to withdraw, they send promotions you deposit and then say that the code has expired, I do not recommend the Casino, they ask for verification every time you request a withdrawal

The verification process is a total disaster. I just wanted to verify my account because I just feel safer when it's verified, not to withdraw money. However, the stalling policy of this casino is absolutely sucks.
New documents regarding the deposit method are constantly being requested. They want the documents in a way that doesn't exist! It is not at all possible to send them documents the way they want them to be sent. I have uploaded all documents possible and still the casino refuses it.
This shows me that this casino is totally dubious.
Also, it doesn't have my favorite slots and I don't like the site that much either. Add games to favorites option is broken. You can't even verify the cell phone number, you have to contact support because you don't get an SMS with the verification code.
All in all, miserable casino. No thanks, I never thought much of Dama NV, my opinion of the provider has now been strengthened by this experience.

Very good casino, I never had problems with the deposit or withdrawal, and the communications with the support are instantaneous, solving the problems very quickly. As for games, it has a wide variety of them, very fun and to pass the time.

Okay, so I've been playing at online casinos for over 20 years and I've also read some of the negative reviews at Bao here on this site - Here's what I've experienced: extremely responsive, polite support staff, extremely fast payouts, VERY quick registration process, and yes some of the FREE games I was rewarded did NOT immediately work, HOWEVER this WAS NOT the casino deliberately trying to pull a "fast one" and rip me off - eventually I got my free spins. One negative review I read here was a guy who felt the casino was trying to withhold his winnings because they asked him to take a selfie with him holding his ID -these days it's not unusual for a casino to ask you to take a selfie with your ID - it's just a way for them to confirm your you (Think about it, your underage teenager may access your ID and register an account without your permission). If you provide an online casino EXACTLY what they request for documents, the registration process will be very fast! Bao casino does not have the greatest bonuses but trust me - they make up for it with speed in processing withdrawals and customer service! Plus, anyone who knows how bonuses work, you usually have wagering requirements which restricts your ability to make a withdrawal until you've wagered the proper amount. On many occasions I've won on my first couple of spins but I've had the bonus wagering requirements to playthrough and lost all of my winnings before reaching the wagering requirements.
