I am absolutely disappointed with this casino. My account was closed without informing me, and my winnings and deposit were retained. I was accused of fraud, but this was not explained in detail. The verification process is a total disaster. I just wanted to verify my account because I just feel safer when it's verified, not to withdraw money.
