Hello everyone,


I want to report the casino , it is the worst ever. I have problem with my withdrawal. I speak everyday with them in order to take my money . They don’t send the money and they tell me everyday the same automatic message without tell me the exactly day of payment. I have send you emails and everyday I try to speak with live chat .


scammers stay away from them .


if anyone can tell me that have receive withdrawal, just to know . The amount is not big and is under 500 which is the limit that they have .

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests. 

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with the casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint. 

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, please, let us know and we will intervene and try to help you.

Hello , casino do not ask me for kyc verification for my withdrawal. I speak every day with live chat and tell me that my withdrawal is on queue and they will inform me but no one tell Megan it will complete it .


this casino is a scam. They want only your money and they don’t give you the withdrawal.
