The player from Germany had his winnings reduced.
Hello, it's that time again. I played at Bambet and won after the third deposit bonus.
after the wager i was regulated with the first deposit bonus. So my balance was €3000 and was halved for the time being. Then I did a few more spins with the rest that I left on it and won about €3000 again. Now they don't want to pay out the money and limit me to the first welcome bonus. The cracker is that after I discussed the bonus rules and terms and conditions with them in the chat, they changed them. Luckily I took screenshots, but that probably doesn't help me either because they have their antelope licence. To me this is cheating...
Dear Andypump,
Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Please allow me to ask you a few questions, so I can understand the whole situation completely. Could you please advise if your balance was reduced right after completing the wagering? Do I understand correctly that instead of withdrawing your winnings, you decide to continue playing? Are there two balances displaying bonus winnings and real money inside your casino account?
Could you please forward your game history to petronela.k@casino.guru?
I hope we will be able to help you to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you in advance for your reply.
Best regards,
Petronela
Thank you, Andypump, for your emails. I have checked the terms and conditions for the Welcome Bonus, and this is what I found (here):
Maximum cashouts for 1st, 2nd and 3rd Deposit bonus:
The maximum amounts that a player can receive when they activate bonuses (not maximum cashouts):
However, we can see that on your screenshots, the maximum cashout limits were not mentioned in the rules previously:
Could you please clarify which exact bonuses you activated? How many deposits you have placed, please? Ideally, forward a screenshot of your bonus history. Thank you in advance.
Yes I played with the third deposit bonus and not the first one. AGB' s are now also completely changed. At the time I was playing there was only a cap of the first welcome bonus of €1500. You can see it in my screenshots above. I even marked it. Now you can of course only see the changed terms and conditions. Previously, there was no limit of €1500 on the first or second or third. Now there is €3000 on the first, €1500 on the second and €1400 on the third. That's how they changed it now and I think it would have been like that in English before, even a bad google translator would take over these lines into German.
That's fraud and you get fooled with really stupid statements like I quote -> it doesn't say that there is no max win for the third deposit bonus <- I see it that way, what doesn't say doesn't apply either!! ! Unfortunately there isn't much you can do about it, lawyer, obtaining a title doesn't help much with their antelope license you probably won't have a chance of getting your money...
Above all, it would have been determined in their system that the limit was €1400 for the third welcome bonus, which is why they left €1500 after the wager of the €3000 in the first deposit bonus. Already not credible.
Achso game history is of course limited to the last 50 activities, so it makes no sense to send them...
A nice win for this company. So that the Lambo can continue to be refueled...
Here is the deposit history
1500 € have been dissolved into thin air
Thank you, Andypump, for your reply and email. Could you please forward your bonus history too (not the cashier history)?
Yes, unfortunately you can only call up the last 50 spins in the course of the game...
Thank you very much, Andypump, for providing all the necessary information. I will now transfer your complaint to my colleague Matej (matej@casino.guru) who will be at your assistance. I wish you best of luck and hope to see your problem being resolved to your satisfaction in the near future.
Hello Andypump,
I am sorry to hear about your troubles.
I would like to invite the casino representative into the case:
Dear casino representative, could you please check the case and explain to us what happened?
They don't even pay out the 1400€, it's the worst rip-off shop....
We would like to ask the casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’ which may negatively affect its rating.
Yes, so they then, after a lot of nerves, flushed €1400 and the rest into their own till. Never there again...
I completely understand your frustration and why you made withdrew €1400. However, this does not mean the end of the complaint. (I lowered the value of your complaint - original value minus the money you withdrew.)
I would like to recommend you contact the casino's regulator - these days, Antillepone is making reasonable decisions, so there is a chance that they will reply in time and the decision will be in your favour. (you have nothing to lose)
In your case is important if English rules were changed too or if the casino added information about max win from bonus only to the German version.
If the casino doesn't respond, I can help you with submitting your complaint to the regulator.
okay with pleasure, because i feel cheated out of the prize, since i read the conditions extensively beforehand. The lousy thing was to put me on the waiting list and then just change the bonus conditions and then say that it was there... regards Andy
Now only the question, where can I contact them...?
Thanks for the confirmation.
I am sorry I didn't reach you sooner. There are some guidelines on how the complaint should look.
I think the best would be if you write the complaint again to the correct email address:
Please write an email to: complaints@gaminglicences.com
The email should contain the following:
1) Your personal information:
name and surname
your country of residence
2) Complaint body must include the following:
casino name + URL + license (License No. 8048/JAZ2020-13)
Your login (username) and email in an online casino (with which you had registered the account)
description of the complaint
3) Attach to the email files what you have + link to this complaint.
Okay, I did it... I'm curious.
Actually, the value in dispute is even higher, since they had already deducted €1,500 from €3,000 after the wager and left €1,500 on it, as you can see in the one picture, there are €1,494.55. Which also totally contradicts itself because with the third one you could only have a maximum of €1400 according to their automatic system, which they wanted to tell me. First they applied the cashout limit to the first deposit bonus and after changing the terms and conditions then to €1400 for the newly created third deposit bonus...
