Dear Casinoguru team,
Yesterday I've made a deposit of 50€ at Bambet Casino, I've read the bonus terms and everything looked good. Tried to use their 100% welcome bonus.
After the deposit I saw, that only 4 games are available to play with bonus money. This is nowhere to be found in the bonus terms and conditions.
After contacting the support I've got the following message:
"you can always cancel your bonus if you do not like the conditions"
I've also made screenshots of the bonus terms, in case they change it.
After 2 hours arguing with the chat, i canceled the bonus and requested my withdrawal as the casino support team assured me to withdraw my money (after they admitted that the bonus terms are really wrong)
They even sent me a mail where they've asked for all my details:
I've then made the withdrawal on the casino site.
Well, after a few hours I got another mail, that I must wager the deposit 3 times, although they've promised me to withdraw my deposit because of unfair bonus terms
These practices are really disgusting. There is a system of cheating here. On the one hand, they lure players with a 100% bonus where nowhere in the terms does it say that this is limited to 4 games. Then they hope, on the one hand, that the player still gambles away his money. After hours of back and forth with support, they promise a payout, which they then cancel again hoping you're gambling away your money.
Can you please help me, the 50€ are still on my balance because I don't intend to play in a casino which scams people like that.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. I have checked terms and conditions, and this is what I found (here):
"10.7 Any deposit has to be wagered 3 times (player must place bets three times of their deposit amount) before the withdrawal of funds connected to this deposit is available. In case several deposits were made with no gaming activity, player has to wager the total amount of these deposits prior to withdrawal. Otherwise the Casino has a right to charge a fee for the procession of deposit and withdrawal, which is at the sole decision of the Casino."
It is not unusual for a casino to have this rule. Some casinos require deposit wagering 1x, some 3x or 5x, but you can find casinos with even higher wagering requirements for real money.
Mandatory real money wagering has been introduced by the AML (Anti-Money Laundering) Regulations for Gaming and Gambling Industry and is usually set by the Licensing Authority. All licensed casinos have to comply and follow these policies.

Look, I exactly know the common terms and conditions of online casinos.
But it's fair that they lure people registering on their site with FALSE bonus terms and conditions? (Did you even read my post?)
And now I should accept their wagering requirements although they are scaming people registering on their casino with a lucrative welcome bonus which is completely wrong and not true!
Let me write it again if you don't get it.
1. I've registered on their site ONLY and made the deposit because they are promoting a welcome bonus which is fake. They don't even follow their own terms and conditions and it's no where written that it's only available for 4 games. That's absolutely ridiculous and never happened to me in any other online casino!
2. I've tried to sort that out with the support and they didn't help me
3. Now I MUST gamble my money although they've tricked me with a wrong welcome bonus?
That's a joke or? How is that fair for players?

Could you please advise if you have played any of your deposited funds or they're still untouched inside your casino account?

I will set the timer for additional 7 days and if there’s no development by Tuesday next week, we will intervene and try to convince the casino that your untouched funds should be refunded if you couldn't play the advertised bonus.
