I would like to register here, my complaint against Casino BacanaPlay
I am outraged at the way they treat customers, as they do not provide good service, do not respond to chats or emails we send.
Unfortunately I made a deposit through the site at Casino BacanaPlay, played some games and managed to raise some money.
It's not much, but for me it would help me a lot for the moment I spend.
Now I can't withdraw the money to receive it in my account, because BacanaPlay simply doesn't respond to my emails and I can contact them through chat.
I made the request to withdraw my earnings on 06/09/2022
Until today at this very moment my withdrawal request is being processed by BacanaPlay
This is absurd, a lack of commitment to customers, a lack of shame on the part of BacanaPlay.
How can there be a Casino like this among thousands of other smaller casinos and without much popularity, but casinos that fulfill their obligations to their customers, casinos that actually pay the dues to customers for playing their games online through the Casino website or app .
Now this BacanaPlay is a joke, it is deceiving people with its misleading advertisements and with its misconduct towards customers who register to try their luck playing at BacanaPlay Casino.

Estou indignada com a forma com que eles tratam os clientes, pois não prestam um bom atendimento, não respondem aos chats e nem aos emails que enviamos.
Infelizmente fiz um depósito pelo site no Casino BacanaPlay, joguei alguns jogos e consegui levantar uma graninha.
Não é muito, mas para mim me ajudaria muito pelo momento que passo.
Agora não consigo fazer o levantamento do dinheiro para receber em minha conta, porque simplesmente o BacanaPlay não responde aos meus emails e consigo contato com eles por meio do chat.

Isso é um absurdo, uma falta de compromisso com os clientes, uma falta de vergonha por parte do BacanaPlay.
Como pode existir um Casino como este entre milhares de outros casinos menores e sem muita popularidade, mas casinos que cumprem com suas obrigações com seus clientes, casinos estes que realmente pagam os devidos ganhos dos clientes por jogarem seus jogos online pelo site ou app do Casino.
Agora esse BacanaPlay está de brincadeira, está enganando as pessoas com suas propagandas enganosas e com sua mal conduta perante os clientes que se cadastram para tentar a sorte jogando no Casino do BacanaPlay.
Isso deveria ser investigado pelo órgão de proteção aos clientes que usam os casinos online para jogarem e tentarem sua sorte, assim como eu fiz, mas até agora não recebi.

I want to thank you for your service and attention given to my case.
I also want to report here that I received an email from BacanaPlay Support informing me that my withdrawal request was processed and approved for transfer to my account, and that I must wait between 2 to 7 days for the money to arrive in my account. .
Unfortunately, they still lack the communication factor, as they do not respond to
emails or chat.
But I will wait for that period until the money appears in my account.

Também já quero deixar relatado aqui que recebi um e-mail do Suporte do BacanaPlay me informando que meu pedido de saque foi processado e aprovado para transferência em minha conta, e que devo aguardar entre 2 a 7 dias para que o dinheiro caia em minha conta.
Infelizmente ainda deixam a desejar no fator comunicação, pois eles não respondem aos
e-mails e nem pelo chat.
Mas vou aguardar esse período até que o dinheiro conste em minha conta.

Mas hoje caiu o dinheiro na minha conta e fiquei muito feliz e satisfeita.
E somente por este motivo e pelo fato do Casino BacanaPlay ter uma exelente plataforma e jogos incr´´iveis tanto pelo site quanto pelo app, eu peço desculpas pela minha falta de paciência em esperar o pagamento.
