The player from the Netherlands had requested a withdrawal two weeks prior but had not received the funds despite assurances from the casino. After she lodged a complaint with us, we had reached out to her for additional information. We then communicated with the casino on her behalf. The issue was subsequently resolved when the player confirmed via email that she had received her withdrawal. The complaint was then marked as 'resolved' in our system.

Made on the 1st of December a withdraw. Said it would took 24 hours to approve. It's 15 days later and litterly nothing happened. I ask everyday and everytime i hear sorry this sorry that. Soon it will arrive at your bank.

I changed the withdraws to 400 and 50 euro maybe it will be faster but i litterly hear this 'it's still under investigation' 'we will inform the relevant team' i hear this more than 15 times and NOTHING happened. It's ridicilious that they don't pay my money. I played 700 euro on that day and deposits was no problem and now i want my money back bam litterly impossible!
