Hello, my name is Ania and I live in the Netherlands. My adventure with the b7 casino began in October 2023. First, registration, providing the country where I live, full address, telephone number and email address. Sending your Dutch account number. Everything is fine. A few winnings are transferred to my account without any problems. Then, changing the bank account and making several payments to the player's account without any problems until March 23. From March 23 to March 25, winnings amounted to EUR 2,000 and a request to withdraw funds from the player's account and this is where the problem begins - they ask for a bank account statement. Of course, I send it confident that I will win. I am withdrawing everything as usual, but my money is not going away, there is a note, we are checking it. I am contacting the chat, but unfortunately no one can tell me what kind of control, just wait, your funds have gone to the appropriate department and are being verified. After 2 days, I write in the chat what is happening with my money and I am informed that my account is closed, but I shouldn't worry because if they solve my problem, my money will be refunded. So I file a complaint to casino b7 and I hear the same thing, please wait, but no one can answer how long I should wait. When I write in the chat again, I am informed that players from the Netherlands are not accepted to the casino, but I tell you that when registering, I provided my address, country of residence and number. phone and bank account. I have contact with Sle Casino, unfortunately I do not have access to my account or to update what stage my case is at. Please help

Could you please advise since when is your account fully verified? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Please note that we recommend to wait at least 14 days for your withdrawal to be processed specially if it’s your first ever request.

My account was completely verified on March 23, I think, because then I sent them my bank statement, I think I even have a screenshot because I assumed they could block my account. I only have contact with casino b7 through chat with technical support staff. I wrote a complaint to the casino and received a response once. However, when my account was blocked and I sent another complaint, I did not receive a response
