Hello my name is Vasile Eusebiu Cirstean and im registred on b7casino.com since 06 november 2023. I make a arround 9 succesful withdrawals.

Now when i have 3 requests for the witdrawal for amount of 9000 euro total, they closed my account and didn't know nothing about my refunds. If is somebody who can help me here gonna apreciate.

I talked via support chat and they said you will be helping as soon as poosible. But there is not timeframe.

Strange when you win 9000 euro they closed account. Before to win i lose a lot, and nobody make complain.Now when i win they refused to pay me.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

i have 3 pending request of total ammount 9.000 euro. each request is 3.000 euro.

First request is sit since 31.01.2024- 12:15.AM.
