The player from the Netherlands had requested a withdrawal but did not receive his money. The Complaints Team had advised him that withdrawal processing might take up to 14 days, possibly due to unfinished KYC verification or high withdrawal request volumes. The player later confirmed that his pending status had been resolved after persistent communication with the casino's support team. He was still waiting for the money to appear in his bank account. Eventually, the player confirmed that he had received his withdrawal. Consequently, we had marked the complaint as 'resolved'.

I have contacted support as well but they always say, that they can't help me and I need to wait for this team to fix my problem.

But it's weird, because yes I work in the netherlands and I live here most of the time, but never they said l, that that was the problem, then also if that should be a problem they should not accept deposits as well.

Plus I sented my ID etc pictures and selfie where u can definitely see that I am Portugese as my ID is also from Portugal.

That means I can play where ever I want.


Now that been said.

I had a 15 euro deposit and got a 15 euro bonus.

After a while playing I got a price on a slot for over 635 euros in total.

But all of a sudden I needed to wager 525 euros with a 15 color bonus,

Okay I did it, when I finished my wager I had 500 plus on my account, and they took away most of it for no reason and they left me with 150 real money.

So I withdraw this 150 euros and till today it's still pending, and when I contact them true support, I don't get a straight answer on why it takes this long.

I wanna know when I get my cash and why they took more then 300+ away after I did this wager.


But most importantly when do I get my 150 withdraw?

Hi, They finely accepted my pending after a lot asking and contacting support.

I had a lot people who did not know what to do and gave me pre-made bot answers,


But after keep contacting them, I finely got someone who said let me look at it,

And he did it in 4 minutes, he fixed my problem money was accepted,.

I am still waiting for it to get on my bank,

But the pending status was fixed.


Now wait till it really appears on my bank account, but I think, that will be okay.
