I Deposit to the site 350 EUR and got a bonus of 210 EUR on top of that deposit. I wagered the money and met the 3360 EUR rollover Requirement and when that was finished I got around 700 EUR (Their statements not very clear) transferred to my original account from my bonus account.


After That I placed Several bets and my Balance stood at 1341 EUR when I requested a Withdrawal.


Then I got a message from the site stating I broke the max bet rule when having a bonus and my account was cleaned and all the money taken from it.


I understand that I may have placed to much on a game when wagering the bonus and can accept that the bonus money 700 EUR was taking from me. However there was no indication that I was placing to much on a game and the bonus money send to my main account after the wagering requirement was met. Therefore I would like to dispute the remaining money 641 EUR (1341-700 EUR) will be returned to my account.

The max bet rule is, in fact, an industry standard, just as the fact that a casino has the right to seize the player's winnings from bonus play after breaking this rule.
