I've been having problems with this casino for 1 month. I registered and made the deposit without bonus. I doubled the money that was deposited, finally, I went to withdraw, 800 euros, they asked for my account to be verified, I sent all the documents to be verified, but it took more or less 1 month to be verified. After some time it was finally verified, and I made a withdrawal on 07/10/2023, and it has not been received by me until today. I made the withdrawal via PIX, which is usually immediate in most casinos. When contacting chat they told me that there had been a problem with PIX and that PIX does not accept euros. They asked me to send a bank account to make the transfer, this was around 15/10/2023, I sent everything correctly to the account, and so far the money has not yet been received. I contact the chat daily, sometimes more than once a day, and they always get the same response, as if they had carried out an investigation, as the payment has already been made by them, or a response like "be patient" "it will be resolved very soon" but never provides a solution to the problem. All the casinos I've played in I've never had problems like I'm having with this one, it's been a month late and so far I haven't received anything. It's a huge mess with the customer, taking 1 month and not getting a response or resolution of the problem. No problem takes that long to resolve.

CAUTION! B-Bets is a total scam!!!
Everything was fine at first until I wanted to withdraw my winnings... Won €1600 a few months ago and had it paid out straight away - 2-3 days later I received an email from b-bets that I had used an amount for the bet that came from a bonus (which was wrong!) they gave me then simply transfer €200 instead of €1600! After an eternity of back and forth, I got bored - I still had 2 long-term bets with the prospect of €2,500. I wanted to wait and see and turn my back on this lousy rip-off club! Then the nasty surprise: When I tried to log in a few days later, the message came up that my account was blocked even though there were still open bets on it! When I asked why this had happened and that this should be reversed immediately, I only got funny answers, or rather cheap excuses! Well both picks won and B-Bets robbed me again and I didn't see the win!
So please, don't give this scam club a cent, they will only be bitterly disappointed! It is really unbelievable that this shit club still exists and can continue to cheat and rob its customers!
Conclusion: Everything is fine with b-bets as long as you play and lose, sometimes you win and you're screwed! Emails are also ignored as soon as you win, I had to contact them with a new email and among other things as an excuse, I had an answer within minutes, with the original email 5 emails were ignored in 10 days!

Anfangs war alles in Ordnung, bis ich dann meine Gewinne auszahlen wollte ... Habe vor einigen Monaten 1600€ gewonnen und hab es direkt auszahlen lassen - noch 2-3 Tagen kam die Mail von b-bets, ich hätte für die wette eine Betrag verwendet, der von einem Bonus stammt (was nicht stimmte!) sie haben mir dann einfach statt 1600€, 200€ überwiesen! Nach ewig hin und her wurde es mir zu blöd - ich hatte noch 2 Langzeitwetten mit Aussicht auf 2.500€ laufen. Diese wollte ich noch abwarten und diesem miesen Abzockerverein den Rücken kehren! Dann die böse Überraschung: Als ich mich ein paar Tage später einloggen wollte, kam die Meldung dass mein Konto gesperrt wurde, obwohl noch offene Tipps darauf waren! Nach meiner Anfrage warum dies geschehen sei und dass dies sofort rückgängig gemacht werden sollte, kamen nur komische Antworten, besser gesagt billige Ausreden! Tja die beiden Tipps haben gewonnen und B-Bets hat mich abermals beraubt und ich habe nichts von dem Gewinn gesehen!
Also bitte, gebt diesen Scam Verein keinen cent, er werdet nur bitter enttäuscht! Dass dieser Scheißverein noch immer existiert und weiterhin seine Kunden betrügen und berauben kann ist wirklich nicht zu fassen!
Fazit: Bei b-bets is alles gut solang man spielt und verliert, gewinnt man mal ist man am Arsch! Es werden auch Email ignoriert sobald man gewonnen hat, ich musste mit einer neuen Mail und unter anderem Vorwand Kontakt aufnehmen, schon hatte ich nach Minuten eine Antwort, mit der Originalen Email wurden 5 Mails in 10 Tagen ignoriert!
