First of all, I'm a problem gambler. I've been playing on Axecasino and lost all my savings due to the fact that i can't control my deposits, it starts of with 20 eur and then it goes on until I lost all I got.


The total I deposited to Axecasino was: 2 685 EUR


I started my account on Axecasino at this date:

Sat 13 aug. 15:16, see the screenshot.


See my proof of when I closed my account on Samurai, I've got sent to me that I would not be able to play on any Dama n.v casino again. I have the same details on my account, the e-mail adress I use is also the same. I should not be able to play on Axecasino due to my permanent block. I sended an email to the support on axecasino and they refused to help me further with this.

Could you please advise how long have you been registered in Axecasino? Did you verify your account there? Did you also request for a refund through e-mail support? Is your account currently still active there?

I have proof on the email that's sent that date and time.


I have asked them for a refund but they just send me the terms and conditions page, dont know what they mean.

The thing is that i also contacted Bitkingz, they refunded me direcly, even SlotVibe sended me an e-mail telling me that they would have refunded me but i withdrawed the amount i deposited so there was no losses there.


My account has been blocked by them, but i have all deposit confirmations in a folder.

Both Bitkingz and iLucki (both dama n.v) has refunded me my deposits now. They did not even fight about it, i believe the reason is that my deposits to them are around 200-400 eur and to axecasino it's around 2600 eur, that's why they wont refund me in the first place.


I have all the proof that's needed for this case. I also saw another complaint from another user with the same problem that got refunded.

This "Personbevis" is from skatteverket.se, the Swedish government.
