Casino dropped $10 in winnings from my account upon first $25 deposit I tried to have them rectify the situation they would not. AnaMaria also said they were having system issues, games would not pay even small amounts, when a refund was requested. 25 chips with 35x playthrough was offered on my cash that had no playthrough requirement

Do I understand it correctly that the first bonus was not added to your balance? Did you receive the free spins since then or they need your confirmation from you to receive it? Which one would you prefer? How long is this issue going on and when was the last time the casino responded?

Thank you for your quick response. (approximately 6 pm mountain standard time on 2/19/22) So I had a positive balance of $10.05 and upon starting a $25 bitcoin deposit with no playthrough requirement that balance became $0.05 before adding in the bitcoin, I accessed their live chat immediately and some useless girl named Ana Maria tried to play dumb and barely respond so out of boredom waiting I began to play some slots still leaving the chat window open waiting for a response. then the games started glitching out and not paying even small amounts the girl finally responded and remarked that they were having system issues when I asked that my account be credited for what I had lost during this glitch she offered $25 in chips but now I would have to have a 35X playthrough (Wager) before I could win anything and as I'm sure you know is practically impossible even if their games are playing fair. so I refused the offer and I logged off with a balance of 8.09 and contacted their support via email requesting a refund of my $25 in bitcoin to my bitcoin address which I provided. I have not heard from them since.
I'm sure they probably don't care and won't do anything about it but hopefully, someone else will see this and never visit their casino in the first place. cause hey if we're going to blow our hard-earned money at a casino they should have the decency to be fair, honest, and fix their own technical issues without screwing their players in the process.
