The player from US requested a withdrawal in April, but it hasn't been processed. The player later confirmed that the withdrawal was processed successfully, therefore we marked this complaint as resolved.
Requested withdrawal April 14th 2022. ID verified finally on May 10th 2022. June 7th no response no communication and of course online chat keeps telling me they will notify account manager who does not respond. Their terms and conditions state 5 to 18 business days. I am at twice that now.........
