The player from Illinois had an account blocked without further explanation. He was using VPN.
I deposited the 25 dollars, actually 28 dollars to receive my 100 dollar withdrawal for verification and all of a sudden my account is locked! I turned in all my documents to get verified as well! When I contacted support through chat I was told my manager would get back to me promptly and I still haven't heard a word! I'm very upset!

I have just finally received response that I will be refunded as I wasn't eligible for my no deposit bonus due to a 90 day period of no deposits. Seemed odd to me though because support kept pushing me to deposit. I will let you know of further action and hopefully I see my refund soon. Thank you.

So I'm still getting the run around and it's like pulling teeth getting anything back from the vip manager. I was even just told that refunds are issued on Mondays and Monday just passed. My withdrawal is still sitting in withdrawals yet I'm told it's 5-18 business days on Bitcoin withdrawals. I can't ever get a straight answer and I'm currently homeless so I could use this money! Sorry, but very frustrated!

I looked at your complaint and will do my best to help you. I would like to invite Avantgarde Casino into this conversation. Casino, can you please specify why did you block the player’s account?
The block was actually due to me using a VPN I accidentally had on. I've been dealing with such major problems with my phone being hacked and all that I try to use one whenever I can but it was a one time accident. They let me back into my account but still all I ever hear is that support has contacted my VIP manager and they'll be in touch soon and I never hear from them!
