I de deposited 23 dollars and got a 35 dollar new registration bonus with a five times playthrough I then figured I had completed the playthrough and submitted $450 withdrawal which was then rejected due to suspicious betting or illegal gambling by the system the screenshots below give you a better understanding. They refunded my 23 dollars but I feel it not right or fair to me when I did nothing wrong. Hopefully you can help me or at least warn people? Thanking you Joelene

Do I understand correctly that the casino left only the initial deposit in your account?

I have to warn you that this casino looks very shady. There are no general Terms and Conditions, the rules for the bonus are very vague, and the licenses are most probably fake. We are currently reviewing the casino and adding it to our database.

Yes that is the bonus that I used and they left only my initial deposit in the account, pretty sure my KYC verified but i can verify again if they request that. I wish I had run there name on your website prior to playing I will check the status of the casinos with you guys going forward. I hope that you guys can help but at least at worst this will hopefully stop it from happening to someone in the future. If you require anything else from me please don't hesitate to ask ?

Thanks Branislov for helping me on this one I really appreciate it. I was so disappointed when they cancelled my withdrawal and took what I had one. Although they did refund what I deposited it was like I played for no reason and what if I win again on that but couldn't withdraw too sceptical for me. I have attached some extra messages I had with aussiespin7 in relation to this cancelled withdrawal.

Unfortunately, since we have not received any relevant response from the casino regarding the issue, we cannot continue resolving this complaint and we are forced to close it as ‘unresolved’, which will influence the casino’s rating in a negative way.

"Fortunately", your deposit should have been left in your account, and the casino confiscated "only" your winnings accumulated with a bonus. I recommend withdrawing it and not playing there ever again.
