The player's withdrawal is delayed for unknown reason. We were forced to reject this complaint, because the player stopped responding to our questions.

So I requested a withdrawal very early in morning on the 9/12/2021 for $2000. Even tho was informed takes up to 4 business day process withdrawal, on the 5 th business day the 16/12/2021 late at night received email saying had been done and funds would be in my bank account within 5 business days. Not for the $2000 but $500. Apparently they can dictate has to how and how much I withdrawal at there own discretion. Pretty much so I would play thru the $1500 added back to my casino account and not go thru the dreaded withdrawal process again. Fast fwd 5 business days well 6 by my calculations and come the 24/12/2021 no money. Contacted casino and told would investigate and be in contact by billing department. Received email from casino host not billing department that night saying if had Bitcoin wallet would be easier. I don't have one nor want one. Other casinos had no problem depositing via bank wire. Today is the 31/12/2021 and still no money or contact other then my attempts at contacting them and just told will be in any day now....shoot me if I'm less then convinced. Have been verified for long time and never an issue depositing of course. First withdrawal have processed with them 'completley ' as multiple other attempts I cancel as 3 or 4 days later hasn't progressed and am still able to cancel n reverse. It's beyond a joke. Another similar casino had multiple withdrawals with via same way bank wire took 2 days once processed there side. Not impressed to say the least.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint and I'm really sorry to hear about your issue with Aussie Play Casino. Allow me to ask you a few more question before we would move forward.

When was the last time you contacted the casino and when/what did they respond to it? Is the status of the withdrawal still processing or is it approved? Did you use any bonus to accumulate your current balance?

We hear from many players that casinos suggest to use a crypto wallet instead of other payments. However, they should still respect the player's decision and pay them out by their preferred method.

The delay might be also caused by the holidays, it's very common.

Hi,

I live chatted with them yesterday, where once again the said that my withdrawal was processed on the 16/12/2021. Yes a bonus was used on my deposit but all playthrough requirements were meet. They have not said that was an issue as of yet..god forbid. If processed on that date, 16 days is more then long enough to be showing in my bank account I would of thought.

I’ve been in touch with a Billing Department Representative regarding the matter and was informed that the payment was put on hold by the bank’s side. Thus Bitcoin was offered as an alternative option since payments are almost instant via this method. As of now your Payout has been re-issued through the bank wire. Please allow a few business days for the funds to reach your account.
