My withdrawal request delayed since 13th Nov, i made 300€ withdrawal request via bitcoin. deposited there 2x 20€. everytime i ask support, they said its in queue, but they did not tell me exact time how long i need to wait my withdrawal arrived on my wallet.


I play there with no deposit bonus at first, i finish the wager requirement, but i loses all after my first depo, and then depo again and won that money.

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it. my account is fully verified at about 16th nov, they ask me to upload my selfie with the chat on the site. got the notification email that my account succesfully verified, but sadly i delete it.

and after that they told me to wait the money arrived on my wallet, but till i made this complaint. theres still nothing they did not send the money, everytime i ask supports they said its in queue, without gave me exact time when i'll get it and no reason for my delayed withdrawal.
