I have been waiting for my payment for 2 weeks even though I am fully verified. Live chat always says the same thing that you forward it but nothing happens.
I already had a payment of 500 euros which was also carried out, so I don't understand why it takes so long now

However, I would ask the casino guru team to reconsider the reputation of the casino (currently 8/10 points) or do you think it's fair to the player if he has to wait over 2 weeks as a verified member for his payout. but there should be a deduction in the reputation.
