Hello, I'm signing up here because I'm being scammed by two casinos full of SMS and EMAIL messages. I have unsubscribed from the newsletter several times, but I keep getting messages from Ares Casino and Maximal Wins. Can you please help me?

But I still get SMS messages and spam mails from both providers, even though I have unsubscribed from the newsletter several times for a long time. I've already sent a message to support and no response. I can't block the SMS because no numbers are sent, only the name of the casino. Thank you for understanding and efforts.
Ares Casino and Maximal Wins are the same provider and send the same messages. I have the suspicion that these dubious providers pass on my data to third parties. What is prohibited under the Code of Data Protection Regulation. 8888casino.io is already starting and Mcaffe from France is a scam. Unfortunately I can't do anything about that. I'm desperate. 🙁

Unfortunately, I would like to inform you that since this casino has 15+ cases closed as "No Reaction Policy" we are forced to close your complaint as "unresolved". This will affect the overall rating of the casino. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue however, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints could change the casino's approach.
Regrettably, it seems to be a common practice of Ares Casino to ignore us completely in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue. Please check all our previous failed attempts to negotiate. We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts resolving any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from Ares Casino. I wish I could be of more help.
The casino can reopen this complaint anytime.
