Withdrawal was requested on 30 Jan. I have complained to them by chat and email multiple times to ask why payment takes so long. I just jepp getting same excuses about having to make checks, lots of withdrawals to process, please be patient etc etc

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your delayed withdrawal. Do I understand correctly that your withdrawal is still pending inside your account without being processed? Have you been given any explanation of what caused the delay?
It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed, but one and a half month is an unusually long time.

Yes it has been pending in my account since 30 January. The account is fully verified
The only explanation is they have to check a lot of things and they have a lot of withdrawals to check. And that has been the explanation each day for the last 2 or 3 weeks

This will affect the overall rating of the casino. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue however, the decrease of rating caused by unresolved complaints could change the casino's approach.
Regrettably, it seems to be a common practice of Ares Casino to ignore us completely in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue. Please check all our previous failed attempts to negotiate. We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts resolving any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from Ares Casino. I wish I could be of more help.
