I have made an withdrawal on the 7th of August and It still on pending. When I contacted them they said it takes between 7-21 days to complete an withdrawal. It has been almost 2 months and it's still pending. I kept on contacting chat and they keep on saying that due to a large volume of requests it's being delayed and that I should rest assure that my withdrawal will be completed as soon as possible. I have been playing with them before and my withdrawal went through without any issues up to now.

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed, but almost two months is unusually long time.

Yeah the withdrawal is still pending on my account. I have contacted support and their explanation is that they have a high volume of withdrawal to process. Every time I get pretty much the same answer..they will send a reminder to the payment department but nothing gets done.
