Later, he confirmed having received his 50,000 NOK withdrawal and requested another withdrawal of 63,000 NOK. Finally, he confirmed having received the remaining amount and requested to have his complaint closed. We then marked the complaint as 'resolved' in our system.

  • Do I understand correctly that your payment is still pending inside the account without being processed?
  • Could you please specify how many days ago was your withdrawal requested?
  • Was your account successfully verified already?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account, especially if it’s your first withdrawal. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it.

i first made a wlthdrawal of 100.000NOK then 13.000NOK on 03.02 the money was sent it said "succeces" then it was reverted 06.02 i tried to make a new withdrawal again but that one said "failed" now ive tried again 60.000NOK it says "succeses" my account was fully verifed im hoping that my 60.000nok that was sent 07.02 will get sent thru i still have 63.0000NOK on the site left

i recived my request of 50.000nok^ wrote 60.000nok by mistake i requested now 63.000NOK will update when recive it 🙂
