The player from Denmark has tried to redeem advertised bonus without being successful. We rejected the complaint because it was unjustified.
i have got some mail from this casino 2.3.2020 with 150 no deposit
spins but they say that it is not them there have send it so i send a picture
to them but they will not give me thise.
i said to them that i will send the picture for you but they dont answer

it is not a fake mail that has come from the casino and into my
mail. Who would be interested in sending it to me. The first
they said when i approached the 150 no deposit that no
stood no deposit.
So they had put the ad on their own and maybe made a mistake
but the table catches and I demand to get them.

No. I've never been to casinos before, so that's why they offer me a natural lift
no deposit to get me to sign up. After all, there are many who use and also
gives a new customer.

I looked at your complaint and understand your frustration. However, as Petronela mentioned above, we can’t penalize the casino for not giving you a bonus. Casinos can offer or refuse to offer bonuses to players at their own discretion. Especially, when it's free no deposit bonuses. I'm sorry I couldn't help you with this one.
