The player from United Kingdom has requested a withdrawal two weeks ago. It has been pending since. Casino didn't respond.
I still haven't received my withdrawals dated from the 9th of September. Currently I'm waiting on £2500 to be sent to my account I have had previously withdrawals and they have never taken this long to reach my account. All my withdrawals have been reviewed and processed is what I'm being told and that the funds will be with me as soon as possible. Responds from this company are maybe every 2 days I'll get one response back with the same thing

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawals approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive them.

Hi as previoisly stated I have had withdrawal with them before and I have been verified. Normally the process is 48 hours for review and another 48 hours for the max transfer of £500 to my bank account from the 9th of September each withdrawal I have made has been verified and the response I have been getting when I do get one is that it has been processed and that it will be with me as soon as possible
