Is it an internal casino system issue, or it’s related to your account only?
It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed, but two months is unusually long time.

No it is not delayed I just can't withraw it...
Anonym bet: "We would like to inform you that in order to be able to verify your account, you need to upload a Copy of utility bill (water, gas , phone, electricity) or bank statement issued in last 3 months, showing your residential address and your personal details."
All the nesecary Files are uploaded ?
And if there is one wrong wich I highly doubt They should tell me what i should to to resolve my problem not keep sending the same e-mail.
