The player from United Kingdom has requested withdrawal a week ago. It has been pending since. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I withdrew £450 last week after passing all the KYC etc, its still showing my withrawal as pending and yet too recieve my money. Emailed about 8 times on all different days and not one reply, yet they feplied within a day when i was asking to verify my account. What the hell is going on and how do i get my money???

Hi. It has now gone from pending withdrawals @20:00 on the 13/10/21 so i am just waiting to see if it arrives in my bank over the next couple of days. And yes i passed all KYC checks/documents and i never recieved any bonus at all. It was purely my own deposited money i played with on sports bets.
