I have deposited 25£ and made 101£ playing. Now when I try to withdraw they said that i have played against there rules and deducted my whole money. No more answers have been given after my complaints.

We would like to inform you that £101 deducted based on term 9.11 


Placing total bets equal to or greater than 30% of the value of the smallest deposit currently in play. Including purchasing in-game features including but not limited to free spins with a total bet amount of 30% or greater than the value of the deposit.


Bets equal to zero, hedge betting or low margin bets. They will all be considered as Irregular Play.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint and forwarding all the relevant communication. I’m very sorry to hear about your negative experience. Was the following rule used to cancel your winnings?


"9.11 Company reserves the right to withhold any withdrawal request, which includes to remove all bonuses or winnings in the case of Irregular Play in case of the followings:

Placing total bets equal to or greater than 30% of the value of the smallest deposit currently in play. Including purchasing in-game features including but not limited to free spins with a total bet amount of 30% or greater than the value of the deposit.

Placing wagers that are 30% or more than the value of the bonus (the smallest one among them) currently in play within the bonus wagering requirements are fulfilled.

Placing total bets equal to or greater than 30% of the value of the smallest Cashback Bonus currently in play.

Purchasing in-game features including but not limited to free spins with a total bet amount of 30% or greater than the value of the deposit or bonus (the smallest one among them) currently in play.

Switching the game category from Slots to Table or Other games while betting using the bonus amount before the bonus wagering requirements are filled.

Placing total bets equal to or greater than 30% of the sum of the comp points redeemed."


 

Could you please advise if your winnings were accumulated with or without an active bonus?

thank you for tour reply.


yes indeed, the customer service team not only in refusing to pay my winnings but also have kept and deducted my deposit of 25£. claiming that I am committing a fround!! For just 25£ bet!


i just play 25£ deposit in a roulette table without using any bonus. The 25£ were spread throughout the table and won 101£. Then after made 3 more bets of 25£ on colours (red and black) as they forced me to wager my initial deposit up to 3times.


i ended up with 101£ again and tried to withdraw. Their answer to my withdraw is what you can see on my initial complaint


i am in sock and also don’t know how to dealt with this…

However, I would like to warn you that it seems to be a common practice of Anonym Bet Casino to ignore us completely in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue. Regardless of multiple unresolved complaints marked "No Reaction Policy" we keep on trying.

We would like to ask the Casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’.
