the casino confirms that they cannot withdraw due to technical problems and do not want to help me. when I repeatedly contact them, they just write that the case is closed and that they have explained to me that the payment cannot go through.


they don't really care I now have to ask for visa/bank and to reverse the deposit. I advise against using the casino that cannot pay out
