I made a account just to post this comment, all comments saying good things about this casino on other sites probably work there or are from their family.

Worst casino EVER, support doesn't answer you, mail doesn't answer you, they even block you on their instagram account if you send a dm to them asking for help repeated times (because they haven't answered you).

The only convo you'll have with this casino to help you will be an automatic mail sent to you, cause otherwise, no one will try to help you, specially the chat. But people from higher positions like a guy named Nikos (that's like the owner) won't do anything to help you and block you as well, without saying anything.

If you complete a rollover of a bonus, they won't let you withdrawl, and won't say WHY, they'll just ignore you, not worth at all. Not even with only my real money it was worth, the only time a withdrawl went right it took 10 days.

My account has been fully verified since last month, as I already did a withdrawl before (that they took almost 10 days to realize, when they said it would happen in 3 days), but for some reason I had to verify my selfie again 2 weeks ago, so I did.

I accumulated my winnings with the bonus, I had free spins on the slot Arcade Bomb, and with the bonus balance I completed the rollover then afterwards it went to my real balance. Last time I spoke with the casino it has been 3 days, but it wasn't with the casino, it was with the HR manager from the company that owns the casino, and she said she would pass my inquiries to the manager of customer service. But after that, my withdrawl has been denied 3 times.

They still hadn't paid the whole amount! This friday they sent me a part of the 3400 brl (1000brl) but now they are denying my new withdrawl, even though on friday the attendant finally answered me and told me my account was all ok and now I could withdrawl the values!

Hello juchanyi,

We usually recommend to wait 14 days for a withdrawals to be processed and as long as the casino pays, like in your case (even if slower), there is not much we can do. Every casino has withdrawal limits whether daily/weekly or monthly but as long as they are paying we can't pursue them. Can you please advise how many more withdrawals are pending and since when?

All I have to say is Alphabook needs to reconsider all of their support team, who in the world blocks a customer that is asking for help? (Instagram and telegram, funny thing is that they unblocked me after the complaint).

Multiple times I entered the chat on the site and the person never replied to me and ended my chat (to this I have evidence), person named Gabby of the chat never wants to work. In all the alphabook team, from the dozens of person I contacted, only ONE helped me, I want to thank Alex from the chat, without him/her I would be crazy at this point.

Got my withdrawl but the process to it made me sick
