Account of the player from Belarus has been flagged by the casino’s risk department and all the winnings from bonus play confiscated. After a closer examination, we rejected this complaint as unjustified as it is related to a sports betting.
Dear complaint services, i registered in allobet.com with username - "Germoskr11". After registration i made deposit 500 usd and made 5 bets. All bets was won. Before withdraw i have in balance 2000 usd. allobet.com payd me only me deposit 500 usd and confiscated all my winnings (1540 usd) and write to me message "Your winnings have been confiscated and your account has been flagged by our risk department.". I hope you can help me. I can provide to you all needed documents and proofs and screenshots. Your sincerely.
