Allobet Casino - Player’s winnings and deposits were confiscated.

Allobet unfairly took 1015 euros from my account and closed the account.Here's their incomprehensible explanation:
 

                 Dear Client,

                Your account has been flagged by our risk team as an Arbitrage Betting account.
 

                As per our terms and conditions, all accounts that fall under the Category of Arbitrage betting will be terminated and                          all winnings will be confiscated! 
 

                Therefore your account has been permanently terminated and all the balance has been confiscated! :
 

They confiscated both my deposit and my winnings. I asked them to explain in more detail the reason and qualification they had attributed to me and to provide me with valid evidence.But I never received anything from it, except for their incomprehensible explanation.
 

     I find this bookmaker to use some of the terms in their Terms of Use of the Services so that they interpret them in a way that suits them only so as not to pay players money, without valid evidence and lump sum statements.

    Those with such behavior greatly violate the provisions in their Terms of Use of the Services, and thus the license they inherit.

     For this reason, as a financially damaged  party, I filed a complaint with the publisher of their licensee - GAMBLING CURACAO.

    And finally, the question is: What if every bookmaker was doing this kind of dishonest thing just to not pay money to the players ??In that case, what would be the point of having an online bookmaker, a player, a licensee and online gambling in general?

With bookmakers like ALOBET, a player can never win!!

      Definitely, I am extremely negatively affected and financially damaged by ALOBET and I definitely do not recommend that players visit and deposit their money with this bookmaker.

Firstly, as you might know, our forum Casino.guru, deals with the complaints regarding online casinos only. As you mentioned yourself, Allobet bookmaker has confiscated your winnings and deposits. I understand it must be difficult for you, but unfortunately, we don’t have enough insight to take on this kind of issue. 

Secondly, since you have contacted Licensing Authority we won’t get involved. I’m very sorry but I’m forced to reject this complaint now.
