I gambled for lots of hours winning and losing I got to 700 euros but could only withdrawa 250 so played more and withdrew 250 I'm deposited 7x 20 euros over the next 36 hours knowing I had 250 going to my bank only to be told it's been rejected as I switched games I played lots of games over the day but feel badly treated today and I've lost more money

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. I have checked general bonus terms and conditions, and this is what I found https://www.allwinscasino.com/bonus-terms-conditions/?lang=en:

"The following games are not eligible to play with the bonus and do not count towards wagering requirements: Blackjack in all forms, Roulette in all forms, and Poker in all forms."

If you are aware of placing bets on restricted games while wagering your bonus, sadly, there is not much I can do to support your case at this time. I would strongly recommend reading all the T&Cs carefully before you start playing to avoid any misunderstandings in the future. Casinos try to design their bonuses to be as attractive as possible, but the rules must always be followed. We would like to see casinos implementing systems that would prevent players from placing bets on restricted games, but, unfortunately, this is not a standard practice yet.
