The player from Australia had trouble withdrawing 1,000 AUD from the casino, despite having sent verification documents 9 times. The casino had ceased responding to her inquiries. The player claimed that her withdrawal requests had disappeared from her account and that the casino had stopped responding to her emails. We, the Complaints Team, attempted to mediate the situation by inviting the casino's representative to the conversation and extending the complaint resolution timer. However, the casino failed to respond within the set time frame. As a result, we had to close the complaint as 'unresolved', which negatively impacted the casino's rating.

All spins win 922. I have had to send my documents 9 times and they have stopped replying to any withdrawal enquires. I have made two withdrawals. The first one was for 400 and the second one was for 600. They have disappeared from my withdrawal account and this is the worst online casino that I have ever dealt with

  • Do I understand correctly that your payments have been processed but never reached you?
  • Could you please specify how many days ago were your withdrawals requested?
  • Was your account successfully verified already?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account, especially if it’s your first withdrawal. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawals approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive them.

Ive sent several emails to the support team with no reply . It was over 10 days ago so I will happily wait another 4 days before writing another complaint

I apologize, but since we haven’t received any response from the casino regarding the issue, we cannot continue resolving this complaint and we are forced to close it as ‘unresolved’.

Normally, in order to reach any kind of agreement, all three parties (player, casino, and mediator) need to communicate closely. Unfortunately, this is not the case and we were left alone in our attempt to solve this issue.

I am very sorry I couldn't be of more help, but at least closing this complaint as unresolved will negatively influence the casino's rating and other players can read about your experience in our review. 

As you might know, All Spins Win Casino received a 4 very bad reputation’ from us, which means we would not recommend players to choose this casino.
