I have played here for a long time, never ever had a withdrawal, first time i had an exellent win 2 days ago of $10,000. They denied paying me because i bought a bonus costing $200 to get the festure in Happy Fish but i also thought i had finished the wager or i must have been close to finished it but i did not win enough from that feature to put me much ahead of what my balance already was. About 1-2 hrs later i was back playing and played 9 Burning Dragons. As i was getting a few Dragons in my spins i put my bets up to $8 from $2-$5 i had been playi ng . Then i won the feature , free spins and was in shock i won all 9 dragons, so Mega Jackpot i won , took my bsaance to over $10,000. I was so happy and did witbdrawal of $5,000 as that was max withdrawal. Following day i receive 2 emails saying they denied my wins, my balance was left with $3.40. I was devastated. One email says my VIP manager will get back to me in a couple days, the other said payments denied my win because i bet by $200 while still had wager. They say the $200 i bought feature made it sound like i did a one bet if $200 which i never bet much more than $5 plus the feature was 8 spins and i am nearly positive i had finished the wager but how do you win against them.
