I have played here for a long time, never ever had a withdrawal, first time i had an exellent win 2 days ago of $10,000. They denied paying me because i bought a bonus costing $200 to get the festure in Happy Fish but i also thought i had finished the wager or i must have been close to finished it but i did not win enough from that feature to put me much ahead of what my balance already was. About 1-2 hrs later i was back playing and played 9 Burning Dragons. As i was getting a few Dragons in my spins i put my bets up to $8 from $2-$5 i had been playi ng . Then i won the feature , free spins and was in shock i won all 9 dragons, so Mega Jackpot i won , took my bsaance to over $10,000. I was so happy and did witbdrawal of $5,000 as that was max withdrawal. Following day i receive 2 emails saying they denied my wins, my balance was left with $3.40. I was devastated. One email says my VIP manager will get back to me in a couple days, the other said payments denied my win because i bet by $200 while still had wager. They say the $200 i bought feature made it sound like i did a one bet if $200 which i never bet much more than $5 plus the feature was 8 spins and i am nearly positive i had finished the wager but how do you win against them. I waited 6 business days for 1 of my $5,000 withdrawals to be processed and it’s now 17 business days I’ve had to wait for my 2nd withdrawal to be processed…. And it still ain’t processed! I’ve sent numerous emails to the payments team, support and my VIP Manager to follow up and keep getting "it’s being reviewed by our payments team. You will receive an update shortly". Still no update or payment. It feels like they don’t want to payout. I think they are trying to find a loop hole.
