Hi

I have 3 withdrawal Requests still outstanding from the 10th, 11th & 13th of August and today is the 1st of September. The amounts are 3 x €500 requests totalling €1500. It’s not my first Withdrawal from this Casino nor did I use a Bonus to win any of my money. I’ve contacted the casino at least 100 times by email and live support and this is no exaggeration!!! I’m met with very similar responses that the financial department are experiencing a high volume of withdrawal requests and my money will be with me as soon as possible and be patient. It feels like I’m actually chatting with a Robot that the responses are all similar. (It’s definitely not a Robot, as I asked on numerous occasions). This is causing me great Frustration and I feel like I’m getting scammed out of my winnings. The 3 withdrawals still say under Review. I’m not a VIP customer and there T&Cs say between 3to5 days. It’s been 15 working days and 22 days in total since my withdrawal requests. CAN U PLEASE HELP

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? These are your first ever withdrawal requests from the casino? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?
