I asked the withdrawal from them and since they promise to pay me my winnings but what they told me is that I have to wait your money will be transfer very soon now it's been 15 days no lucky of it, my question is that is the casino still available or not, I am frustrated as its December now. Kindly help me to get my money back. Please note that I submitted all the necessary documents.

Good day, I am still talking with them as they said the withdrawal is been made and they paid it it's still coming to my bank they did it yesterday in other words they transferred on Wednesday they said. I will until u see it in my account. I will keep on updating you. Thank you

Sinothi, thank you very much for keeping us updated. It’s quite usual for withdrawal, to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account.
